Dubai to Boost Creative Professionals to 150,000

A new initiative has been launched in Dubai to make the region a top player of the global creative economy. 

The Dubai Creative Economy Strategy is planning to add 7,000 creative firms over the next five years, according to Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Dubai will also see an additional 80,000 creative professionals working in the region. The new creative zones will be in content, design, and arts.
